1.Be responsible for the market in Northern China, which are Beijing; Tianjin; Hebei; Heilongjiang; Jilin; Liaoning; 负责华北地区，北京，天津，河北,黑龙江，吉林，辽宁

2. Develop new contacts and customers/ distributors, expand sales network; 开发新的客户，扩张销售网络Manager in target industries; 与区域经理一起建立牢固的销售网络

4. Establish and maintain relationships with distributors and customers; 建立和维护与客户的关系

5.Identify, prospect and develop new customers; 识别新客户的开发潜力

6. Understand customers’ requirements and deal with customers’ complaints; 了解客户的需求，处理客户的投诉

7. Deliver on annual sales target; 完成年度销售任务

8. Follow company sales processes, policies and reporting expectations; 遵从公司销售流程、制度和期望值

9.Gain comprehensive understanding of sales strategy, strengths and product specs, features; 全面了解销售策、产品优势、特点及规格

10. Gather market intelligence on products; 收集市场情报

Qualifications:

1.Prefer at least 2 years’ experience in ventilation industry or related industry. 两年以上在通风以及相关行业的销售经验的优先

2. College degree or above, preferred major in mechanical engineering or related fields. 大专及以上学历，机电工程或相关专业优先

3.Chinese native person with good knowledge of English language (w/s). 能用英语处理邮件及交流

4. Excellent communication skills and good negotiation skills with clients. 优秀的沟通能力以及谈判技巧

5.Target-oriented. 目标清晰

6. Aggressive, proactive and highly motivated. 有进取心，主动且积极性高

7. Available to frequent business trips in Northern China. 能够在北方地区出差
